“Very good service. I called them for the phonak tv connector and asked them for the good price as the price is generally fixed everywhere else. They come back with the option of vat free for people with hearing problems. Completed the form online and placed the order. Delivery was super quick. I also asked them to check the model I'm getting will be the latest model and it was. I will be placing another order for my bedroom TV.”

“For what it is for - one-to-one conversation - it is brilliant. I asked a trainer to wear it during a session with ten people there and as I said - it was brilliant as I could hear her clearly all the time even when those annoying side conversations happened. The only downside is the time needed to change from the PartnerMic programme to the normal listening programme if you need to, perhaps if someone asks a question, but you seldom get everything and for what it costs it is truly great.”
