“I bought a Phonak DECT 11 phone and found the fit of the charging cable into the base quite loose I took this up with HAB who agreed this was an inherent fault and if I wasn't happy return the phone for a credit. I applied a little pressure on the plug with pliers everything now tight. Tte phone works very well with my Phonak V90 AIDS straight out of the box, pity it does not include an answering machine”
