“Recently placed an order for 10 packets of batteries, after they were delivered I discovered I had ordered the wrong size. Contacted HAB who said on problem,just return them and we will exchange them. Which I did and was surprised how quickly the correct batteries arrived. Great service. Charles”

“I found the selection process for wax guards and domes a little daunting in the respect did I have the right type and size. Perhaps better diagrams or clearer pictures with dimensions may help, I assume that even if you have the make and model this does not guarantee the correct parts? Speed of delivery of goods was excellent.”

“Delivery was by return following my online order. Unfortunately I had pressed the wrong button and ordered the wring sized batteries. Following a quick e-mail exchange the wrong batteries were returned and replaced within 3 days. All very helpful. Will order again!”
