“Always excellent service. Placed an order for batteries on the 5th Nov, and received them on the 7th. Dealt with Julie on a technical matter ,IE my laptop had been playing up, and she was very reassuring and I couldn't have been dealt with better--first class.”

Hi David, we've looked into this and our supplier has let us down. This particular item is shipped direct from the factory. They assured us they had shipped, they did not and did not tell us they had not shipped. Very annoying for us and very disappointing for you. We'll email you directly and offer you either a refund or an indication of when the item will arrive. They have told us it is still out of stock! Sorry about this. Regards, Paul PS, you should have emailed us to let us know, we could have dealt with this earlier if you had.
