“Excellent customer service from the team after filling out an enquiry form as I wasn't 100% sure on what products I needed. My enquiry was answered by Paul on the same day, which was quickly followed up by Emma & Julie the following day. One of the items I needed wasn't a stock item so it was ordered in & sent out with my order. All done very quickly & efficently. Thank you so much ???? I shall definitely be ordering from you again when I need more supplies.”

“I just happened to be browsing through companies that might produce a telephone which would be more compatible to hearing aids than the 3/4 other phones that I had bought but given away. Engaging with people on the telephone has always been a nightmare with my deafness and I have had to expound a "white lie" that someone was at the door, kettle boiling etc. etc. to end the conversation. However the Widex Dec phone I bought is brilliant and I can hear every word - great success!”
