“Hi, I recently purchased a Phonak phone from HAB for my elderly mother. I managed to purchase the wrong phone and thought I was going to have a nightmare. HAB responded so quickly to my questions and gave me all the information I needed and confirmed that it was the wrong phone. I returned the phone and a replacement is on the way. “We have dealt with HAB for some time. They are completely dependable and very efficient. We live in Western Canada and one time the order was delivered within just a few days. It never takes long. The big advantage, though, is the cost. The same batteries would cost about double at our hearing aid dealer.”
