“Easy parking, followed the arrival instruction to call and Diane came out straight away to show me in. Beautiful ambience inside, very comfortable and not clinical at all. Diane was very patient and understanding regarding my hearing problem. Excellent.”

“Visited Helen,had micro suction of both ears ,left ear was fine right ear well blocked ,Helen persevered and the blockage was removed, the sound was amazing I had to turn my aids down to at least half volume,ive worn aids all my life, and have never experienced such clarity . Thank you so much Helen.”
