“We contacted HAB Hearing via the internet late on a Thursday evening to enquire about a Unitron Streamer. Within half an hour we had an email which said that they would enquire about a suitable alternative in the morning as the model that we enquired about was no longer available. Next morning we received a further email with appropriate details and after a further exchange we placed an order. We were assured that they would obtain the item from the manufacturer and they should get it on Monday and would post it to us in Northern Ireland immediately. By 10.45 on the Tuesday morning we had our order. The service was way beyond our expectations especially during the disruption caused by the covid pandemic.”
