“Had an appointment for wax removal. Everything was well-organised and friendly. As it happened I didn't need wax removal but screening showed a significant hearing loss. I was informed of the comprehensive range of services available, and options to consider. With the modern setting and friendly staff it was a pleasant experience. Recommended.”

“Offer extremely quick appts - advertise same day treatment. Several different removal methods depending on your ear wax. Persistent and ensured all wax removed on the day. Compares very favourably with Specsavers which now insists on 2 weeks of oil drops before appt, often long wait for appts and sends patient away for a further wait if difficulty in removing all wax. HAB is on a mini industrial trading site on the edge of Silsden near the Bingley Bypass, and might not be too easy to access by public transport?”

“Wow what a fabulous little place this is,i was suffering not able to hear anything from getting water inside them amd having wax build up, it was 5 days I put up with, I could get them syringed at my doctors as they wasn't do any clinics with covid amd they would of had to refer me some where else which could of been at least 2 weeks or more,no way I could put up with that,I find this place and made a appointment with in the next day I was booked in.I arrived all safely with covid regulations felt very safe and welcoming, Christine who did sorted me out was amazing and a lovely person,she started the procedure and wow with in minutes I could hear out of one ear,and then the other one,I walked in feeling really down with it all and when I walked out I felt on top of the moon..Thank You very much and money well spent, highly recommended it”
