“I like your website and find it reasonably easy to find the items I wish to purchase. I am also impressed with the speedy delivery and quality of the products supplied. The experience would be greatly enhanced if I could create an account which recorded my previous order details and of course my address and other details to save time and effort.”

Hi Colin, appreciate your request, we used to have that facility but we got absolutely spammed with fake accounts and it was having an effect on the smooth running of the site, so we removed that facility. I know Paypal isn't everyones cup of tea, but if you do have a PayPal account you can use that for a faster checkout experience. We'd rather you paid by card as the fees we pay to offer that facility are less but.... would rather have a very happy customer with a 5 star review than a mostly happy customer with a 4 star review :-) Regards Paul

“I ordered a Widex DEX Wireless Phone on a Sunday and it arrived Wednesday morning so could not fault that! The friendly HAB team emailed me on the Monday and Tuesday to confirm order/dispatch and VAT declaration details making the whole purchase process extremely painless. My hearing deteriorated many years ago now (a problem inherited from my Mother I guess) and have relied on hearing aids ever since. A major problem has been the use of telephones and consequently have avoided them if at all possible - like never attempting to answer if my husband was around! Amplified handsets have helped to some degree initially but not sufficiently well as my hearing continued to deteriorate to provide me the necessary confidence to willingly answer the phone. Within recent years I replaced my old hearing aids with a more powerful pair from the Widex range but even so struggled to use a phone. My audiologist recommended purchasing the Widex PHONE-DEX that, to use the advertising jargon, “streams crystal clear sound directly to your hearing aids”. And it does just that - what a difference this has made! I cannot complain at all about its audio performance it having solved all my previous difficulties with telephone usage and its operation is perfectly normal for everyone else. The only minor criticism I would make is the product’s poor display quality which we find is all but illegible in some circumstances during everyday use and does not compare to the images of this product shown on most websites and that of Widex itself. In all fairness, however, it is as shown on the HAB.online website so there must be some variants around. Having said that, as far as we are concerned HAB’s prices (and quality of service) cannot be bettered. Overall, I am most satisfied with the service offered by HAB at very competitive prices and would fully recommend them.”
