Hi Suzanne, you ordered on 1/1 which is a bank holiday here in the UK, you ordered by standard airmail, which takes about 1.5-2 weeks to get to you typically by that method and its now 11/1. I'm wondering why you have given us a 3 star review, do you feel our service is lacking in some respect? Regards, Paul

“Purchased a Comdex device to link my Widex hearing aids to bluetooth devices and this worked extremely well. I then purchased the remote microphone to go with the Comdex but I found the echo from it distracting. HAB willing accepted the return of the remote mic. Wonderful service”

“I lost my stock of wax guards. I went to 5 shops that sell hearing aid products but couldn't find what I needed. I did a web search and discovered HAB. Well, I found what I needed and received them in a few days by post. No need to look all over time!!! HAB was a God sent discovery, I can hear again. Vincent”
