“I recently needed to buy some domes for my hearing aids and accidentally ordered the wrong ones. When they arrived and I realised my mistake I emailed HAB and received a great "no problem, we can change them" email. Another quick email exchange sorted out what was right for me. I then noticed that HAB also sell receiver wires so I asked if a pair could be added to my order. Another "No problem" was the quick reply. Everything arrived in perfect condition within days and I am delighted with the results. Thank you to all at HAB for your great service.”
