“When I rang for I formation, the person I spoke to was friendly and courteous. I felt that all my questions were answered honestly and when he wasn't sure, he said so and then consulted with collegues to get the required information. As a result I was able to place my order with confidence. The order arrived in good time and I will post a short review on the product, a Unitron UniDirect2, when the request arrives ànd when I've a chance to assess it (my àudiologist is setting it up for me today).”
