“A very helpful customer service lady helped me track down the correct domes to re-order for my Phonak hearing aids. Pricing and delivery service were both very satisfactory. Based on my first experience with them, HAB appears to be an outstanding company and I shall be pleased to use them again.”

“Very professional company with an easy to use website and a wide range of stock. Answers queries within a day and gives good sound practical advice. I am well out of range for it’s physical services but for supplies on line I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Orders are very quickly dispatched via Royal Mail”

“I have used HAB for hearing aid spares for a number of years - always clear advice where needed and very fast delivery. However, this review relates to my first experience of ear wax removal by microsuction (previously by irrigation method via GP surgery). It required a far shorter period of using olive oil droplets, which for a hearing aid user is a bonus! The booking process was easy and the procedure was swift and without any discomfort. Thank you Diane.”
