“Being very hard of hearing, I ordered a Phonak telephone that automatically connects to the T loop coils in my Phonak hearing aids, and it can boosts the volume as well. I am over the moon with this phone. I have no more a fear of talking to a stranger to English in a call centre. It is not cheap but it is far cheaper than the sum of all the other solutions that I have tried to no avail. You are the only outfit that offers the only solution to all who crave for a decent conversation over the 'phone, family, friends, business, call centres and all. Thank you for being here!”
