“I have recently purchased a mobile telephone for the deaf. HAB have been amazingly helpful to me. I can recommend them unreservedly. If you are deaf and need help purchasing items that will help you cope, HAB is the company to help you (especially Paul - he really was of enormous help to me - thank you Paul). I can also recommend the mobile phone I bought (VAT FREE for the deaf). It was an Amplicomms Powertell M9000 Amplified Smartphone. You can really hear it!! I will be buying the batteries for my hearing aids from HAB in the future.”

“I ordered and had very good communication to confirm the exact type of dome to order followed by a prompt despatch. One small "problem" was that I just ordered normal first class delivery but the package was sent as "Signed For" - the Royal Mail delivery man had to leave a card as we were both out and we then had to make a specific trip to the depot. We do leave a card out for deliveries to be left with a neighbour and our regular service postman does that, but "Signed For" deliverers are "not allowed"!! I shall just put a note on future orders for 1st Class to be OK.”

“I needed a replacement neck loop for my uDirect2 since a cable fault developed in the original. I was able to order one without going to my audiologist and at a reasonable price. It arrived inside 48 hours which pleased me enormously since I am dependent on the uDirect2 for all my phone calls and for television sound. Thank you for an excellent service. David Greenaway”

“Very unhappy. I bought a comportair II. It has disabled my hands free facility in my car. Is there any way that I can use the other programs without having the telephone facility which I don't need and which I find very poor? The sound is tinny. I only have hearing loss in my left ear and normally use my right ear for the telephone without any difficulty.”
