“I was very impressed by the friendly and professional approach. Poor Diane had a very hard job as my wax was more like concrete. I am going back( free of charge) so that the job can be completed. All clean and COVID compliant too. I can really recommend them.”

“Good variety of stock and fast processing of orders. Prices are all reasonable and the wide stock variety means we haven't got to pay inflated prices by going to hearing-aid manufacturers to obtain accessories. Originally I used HAB Hearing for batteries but now they will be my first port of call for other items.”

“Hi All, I had been having trouble with earwax for about a year, I made an appointment over the net, very easy to do, I turned up and was met at the door by Diane, very friendly and helpful, I sat in the chair, Diane used a couple of different methods, suction and irrigation, twenty minutes later I was wax free and on my way home, pain free and much happier, Thank you David”

“I was on holiday and suddenly in a lot of discomfort. Paul was able to fit me in for an appointment that morning. What excellent service and care was provided in a modern building and I felt very Covid safe. I had wax removal and the relief was immediate. I was talked through the treatment and walked out of the door a very happy person. I just wish you were closer to home in the south as I would dearly love to order hearing aids from you as I felt so confident in Paul. They would be a lot better than the rubbish I’ve got, judging by the care I received yesterday. Highly recommended .”

“Is m on holiday in Yorkshire and I rang in a lot of discomfort and an appointment was made for me to see Paul later in the morning for ear checking and ear wax removal if needed. What an amazing service and what relief! A very professional and Covid safe experience and would recommend highly. Wished they were closer because I would certainly be purchasing hearing aids from them, rather than the rubbish I currently have that don’t do the job at all! Many many thanks. I am very grateful.”
