“I was delighted with your service . Helen put me at my ease , very welcoming . I was impressed with her manner and efficiency, she was quick and explained the procedure so well . I have had ear and ear wax removed many times by a nurse at GPs , but this was much better. I do however believe that putting sodium bicarb solution in before is much better and more effective than olive oil . The big carb did not dry my ears out at all . I have tried to advertise the benefits of using sodium bicarb over olive oil at my GPs but they don't seem to want to listen .”

“I need to have earwax removed regularly and have used a few companies to undertake this procedure since my doctor stopped providing this service. In my opinion HAB Hearing are the best - very competitively priced and easy and convenient to arrange an appointment. The facilities are first class and the staff know what they are doing. All was undertaken with robust C19 procedures in place. I strongly recommend HAB.”

“Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish - they accommodated my request at very short notice and managed to see me within 90 minutes of my initial contact which was a huge help as was in a fair bit of discomfort. Helen was extremely professional and very thorough in removing the wax and easing the discomfort after water was trapped in my left ear. I honestly can't recommend them enough, I'm equi-distant to practices in Leeds, but I wouldn't bother using any of them, I'll return to HAB in future.”

“We were struggling to identify a correct part for a hearing aid (with the local clinic closed during the pandemic), so approached HAB via their web form. Julie from HAB responded the same day, identified what we needed, which we ordered immediately. It was despatched and received very quickly. Only a low value item, but made a big difference to us. Very happy with the service.”
