“This was a real life saver in lockdown. Paul was THE most charming and helpful person on the phone and my husband said it was the best wax removal he’d ever had.Cant speak more highly of HAB.”

“Excellent service went for Wax Removal after been very uncomfortable for weeks, fantastic service and price, within half an hour, I walked out of the clinic a happy chappy! With my full hearing back. Would definitely recommend.”

“First Class service. Having both aids fail within 3 days left me in another kind of lockdown. Trying to contact my supplier proved useless so I ordered 2 new receiver wires from HAB and they arrived in the post next day. Can't speak highly enough of HAB. They understand hearing problems.”

“Would have been 5 stars but we only received one of the hooks we ordered. The receipt said to follow but gave no indication of how long we had to wait. Have emailed to try and find out but as yet, no response. Really pleased with the one we did receive.”

Hello Angela, we shipped the first ear hooks 18/5 and the second hooks 28/5, they should be with you imminently. Ordinarily there would not have been an issue, but the post is all screwed up at the moment, and also the supply chain too. Phonak took ages to replenish our stock, this is unusual. In short, the problem has arisen entirely due to covid-19. This meant a delay in getting stock that is generally available next day if we run out (it took over a week for Phonak to get us extra stock), and Royal Mail being slow with their service at the moment too. As for your follow up email to us, we never received anything, I've just checked. Have a look in your unsent items folder? Regards, Paul

“I couldn't get to clinic to have my split tubing changed. The tubes were exactly what I required. They were easy to use. I managed to change my tubing easily and able to use my aid again. Posting was prompt.”
