“I needed a hearing aid hook (HA7) for my NHS Nathos Up. The pair of hooks arrived promptly. They are exactly the same as the NHS ones and worked out cheaper than the cost of travelling to and from the hospital not to mention the inconvenience and waiting time. I'll certainly be using HAB again if I need more hooks.”

“I have NHS hearing aids and am almost eighty years old. I try to avoid exploiting the NHS links if I sensibly can. Strangely, I couldn't get to Siemens correct store using Windows 10,(Bing or Google), who lately seem to have heavily programmed alternative paths. But, remembering I succeeded last time,(and stored the path in 'favs'), I got there in one go. Everything went more or less like clockwork then via HAB. All correct, swiftly delivered. Observations: a: 6mm Impact Pro domes were unavailable. (Qty1 turns out to be a pack of 10 - I got 20 x 8mm). b. My aids do not have a size marking. I guessed at size3 and got lucky! For information - size 3 measures exactly, from tip centre to nearest point of the aid, one inch, (25mm).”
