“What can you say about button batteries ? They do what they are supposed to do and last a little bit longer than standard types. Apart from that when I order from HAB they are sent very promptly and I have no hesitation in ordering from them.”

“Getting the right domes is important and so after a couple of attempts I worried a bit - fortunately the lovely people at HAB Hearing were a great help and I now have the right domes. I cannot praise the staff enough for their efficient, fast and considerate attention - top marks from me - well done!”

“I am more than happy with the service I have had from HAB over the last few years. Although this is the first and only on-line hearing-aid shop that I have tried for replacement parts, I have never had any problems whatsoever. The prices are very competitive with the 'high street audiologist shops'. The search for the correct spare parts was made so easy on the HAB website, as was the checkout/payment process. The follow-up confirmation emails made me feel relaxed with my purchases, and the delivery times were better than expected. I would recommend HAB to all who need replacement parts for their hearing aid, whatever they may be.”

“After a less than stellar experience at a local pharmacist last year for wax removal I was very sceptical of privatised treatment of this procedure. However the wax returned as it always does, and the local NHS surgery could not accommodate me in the required time frame. After a promising perusal of their website and a chat with Paul, would I go there? Yes. No pain (unlike last year); wax totally removed; proficient nurse (Christine). Would I go there again. Yes.”
