“Purchase a tube for my hearing aid the the part that goes in your eat did no come with tube, That means I have to purchase that part and pay for the postage. Yes probley my fault expected for the tube and the part that goes in ear was part of the product. Hi Dennis, you're right, you thought you were ordering a tube and dome, and as you thought, you were ordering a tube only. The wording on the listing is very explicit, and the image on the listing shows a tube without a dome, also the listing has a link to a separate product listing for the domes. So the mistake is yours, that's understandable and you'll know for next time, but I am unsure as to why you would give us a negative star rating of 2 for our service levels because you didn't fully understand what you were buying? Surely we should not be marked down on our service levels because you didn't understand the detail on the listing? If on reflection you decide you have been harsh giving us a negative 2 star rating for the service we have provided I'll happily send you a link for you to amend your rating, just let us know by return and I'll sort that out for you. “I had difficulty in finding 6mm domes for my hearing aids. Most were either 5mm or 7mm so I was pleased to find 6mm which for me are the most comfortable. Very quick and efficient service.”
