“Excellent as usual. The delivery service is one of the best of the online retailers of any kind. The items I purchased were pretty routine, double domes for my Phonak hearing aids, so nothing to go wrong with them.”

“I heard about HAB ear wax removal on Facebook, and I am so glad I did. From booking the appointment, arrival at the clinic and the actual procedure, everything was done with complete professionalism. I have to admit in these Covid times I was a little apprehensive about attending for the procedure but I had no need to worry, all safeguards were in place to ensure no risks were incurred. Thank you HAB I would have no hesitation in recommending your service.”

“One of my hearing aid tubes broke and my NHS provider was only offering a postal service for maintenance due to the Covid-19 situation. I didn't want to trust one of my aids and record book to the post so it was great to find a pair of tubes from HAB at a very reasonable price. They arrived within two days of the order. I would use them again without hesitation.”

“Batteries perfectly good for the use intended, very prompt delivery, however price had escalated from 14.95 rTo 16.95 within six months,maybe because of corona virus. Still quite a jump in price in a short space of time”

“Brilliant service, appointment within 48 hours but got a cancellation and the procedure was done the same day, HAB were good enough to call me in offer the cancellation appointment.The in-house Covid19 controls were excellent with all mandatory considerations adhered to, covering GOV / HSE guidelines, and more.”

Hi, I have no idea what you mean by this one star review, I think you may have left the review for something else by mistake? You ordered 1 tube and that is what we sent. You have ordered in the past one tube from us exactly the same and not had a problem with the item you ordered?
