Hi William, the reason you have not received your order yet (as per the communications we have already had with you) is that you supplied an incomplete address (the postcode and the city you live in is not sufficent for the package to get to you, we need the house number and street name also to be able to deliver your package). As per our last communication with you two days ago, we are still waiting for the order to be returned back to our office so that we can re-ship to you. We don't mind fixing your mistake even though it costs us extra postage and would expect you to understand and appreciate the situation. I am not sure what else we could do under the circumstances, and am completely baffled as to why you have given us a 1 star review stating the order has not reached you yet, you are in full receipt of the facts. “Odered 10 packs of Rayovac size 10, 6 pack on line from HAB Hearing as they are cheaper than Amazon and I know I'm ordering from a British company. Very simple and easy process. Batteries arrived as described and within 48 hrs. Have used HAB Hearing before and they give great service and price. Will continue to use in the future. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND”

“The batteries I buy are very reasonably priced when compared with supermarkets. They are not the cheapest available online but I feel that the excellent delivery time HAB always achieve is worth the slightly higher price.”
