“Genti arrived punctually to replace a valve in my shower. He was polite, friendly and well organised. It was a tricky job because the shower dial was difficult to remove, but Genti persevered and fitted the new valve. He checked that the shower was now in good working order and was meticulous in clearing up any mess left by the work. I have no hesitation in recommending Genti and H2 Property Service.”

“Highly recommended. I had teething problems in new home. I booked electrician first. Excellent job, so good I made a second appointment for a plumber. That was excellent as well. Katie in the office is lovely and very helpful. It is great to know about H2 Proprty Services as I am new to the area. Very satisfied.”

“Leon arrived spot on the appointed time to carry out a full service (5th year in use) of our condensing boiler. He completed the work and filled in the documentation in barely an hour, with no mess or disruption. Totally satisfactory. NOTE: The following questions refer to "delivery" - this was a service visit, not a delivery.”

“The customer handling by this firm could be better. When another staff member picked up the case, the ball was dropped. It proved weirdly hard to get a cost out of them. Even when paying, they seemed to want my card details without telling me the cost. But still 5 stars, because the electrician was knowledgeable and professional. The first visit was due to be a fault find - which he did, quickly. He then gave me the choice between going into the wall (which I had expected) as a quite big job. Or converting the circuit to radial from ring and leaving the problem cable buried. This was quite a quick and easy job, which of course I went for. He came back next day for a 10-minute completion (16 amp changed to 20 amp). I informed the firm after the first visit what I thought would be a fair charge (to include the follow-up next day). Their hourly rate is not the cheapest, but in the end they charged less than I had suggested. Overall they seem nice and competent people, including the office, but they might be busy and under pressure. If it was my firm I'd take an hour to reflect and discuss customer service points in a training meeting, but the bottom line is you will get a good result, so just take a deep breath when necessary. Thanks very much for a good job!”

“The system of organising an engineer is very straightforward and efficient. Matt, who came to do the testing, was polite and a pleasure to have in the apartment. He was quick and thorough. I would also like to thank him for helping me with a job I was trying to do which needed his height!!! He was great and helpful.”

“More expensive than other quotes I had but H2 property services could do the job the next day which was important for me. Very efficient and the job was done to my satisfaction. Also very polite and accommodating. Would recommend.”

“I have used H2 Property Services for some years for an annual check up of the heating system. Their engineers are always skilful and courteous, explaining each step they take , and they do an excellent job. When I needed help at short notice, one came almost immediately and sorted out the problem. I have recommended H2 to my friends.”

“Super efficient and friendly. After putting request in Checkatrade I got a call following up within minutes with a quote. H2 were happy for me to shop around and then come back to them a couple of days later to book in. Booked service for same week. Technician was prompt, friendly and swift. Happy days.”
