The Gymboree classes are always thoroughly enjoyable for both my daughter and I. We've been coming since she was only a few months old and now she's nearly 3! It's a great combination of physical activity, learning motor skills, socialising with other children, being creative and using imagination. The teaching is always very good and engaging for the children. The monthly membership is good value for money too.

Friendly staff, great concepts for the classes. Have been attending since my baby was about 5 weeks old and it's been a great way to make friends and interact with baby

We all love Gymboree! I’m a stay at home Mum to a 3yr old and 22 month old and we’ve experience most of the classes out there. I love Gymboree as the instructors are always enthusiastic and interact with all the children. I like the fact that it’s slightly smaller class sizes too as you don’t just feel like a number. We go to both classes as free play, so it actually works out good value for money. I prefer the smaller free play to running around a large free play, trying to catch kids going in different directions.

My daughter and I loved going to the baby class. We bonded and it was really good for her motor skills and eye coordination. It was nice to also meet new mums.

My daughter attended the theatre drop off classes last week at Gymboree St Albans, it was The Tiger That Came To Tea - she absolutely loved it. She was unsure on the first day but Steph made her feel so welcome. She has been going to St Albans Gymboree since she was 6 months old so the team know her well and used their relationships with her to make her feel comfortable. They did so much over the week and got to take all their activities/crafts home. Couldn't rate it highly enough! St Albans Team - you are amazing!

It is a lovely place for little people to learn & play with very enthusiastic teachers & a gym that they can use throughout the week to develop their physical skills as well as socialise with others.

I would highly recommend Gymboree Play & Music St Albans. My daughter did the drop off ‘creating and performing’ class and had so much fun! Steph was a brilliant teacher and really engaged the group. They made fantastic props and did a wonderful performance at the end of the week. A great summer holiday class - thank you!

I absolutely love and adore Gymboree East Dulwich. We have been attending for almost a year now and I honestly believe that the impact that the classes and amazing teachers have had on my sons first year of life have been priceless. He is incredibly confident, inquisitive and fearless. The freedom and skills he has learnt from his weekly classes and the friends he has made along the way I believe have encouraged and nurtured these traits creating a very social and playful little boy.

Having previously attended Gymboree in Tunbridge Wells and had an amazing experience, it was no surprise that both my daughters (3yrs & 5yrs) wanted to attend the Theatre Arts Workshop with Lucy. The venue offers free parking and the 4-day workshop is amazing value for money. Through drama, dance, music & art, both girls have developed their confidence and self expression whilst having the most amount of fun possible! I cannot believe how much this fantastic opportunity has promoted independence and school readiness in both girls and should there be another opportunity like this, we will be coming back! I cannot wait to watch all the hard work come to fruition when they perform the Gruffalo at the end of the week! Highly recommend!!

Baby now 10 months loves gymboree. When he was younger he found it too much because it's very noisy and full-on. But now he absolutely loves it. The only issue if the times are difficult to fit with his sleeping patterns at the moment which is a real shame otherwise would book more classes. Keep up the great work gymborees'. x

I have been attending classes with my daughter at the Bristol branch since my daughter was around 3 months old. She is now approaching 9 months and she loves it as much now as she did then! The sensory class was gentle but engaging, and the changing theme helped to add some variety. Now in level 2 they is more variety still, more space, and the class is a bit more lively. It's great fun and I love attending as much as my daughter does! The staff are lovely and engage with the kids brilliantly. I also like that there is a 50% sibling discount :-)

Instructors are excellent, very dedicated and kind. My son loves attending his sports class and follows with enthusiasm. The facilities are good, except for the access with buggies which is not ideal. I am not happy about when a regular class gets cancelled due to the celebration of a different event, and considering the play event is scheduled at the time of the regular sports class, I think boys who are regular members and attend that time slot should have priority by default and not be left out if there are no spots. But otherwise my two kids love it and we are pleased that they look forward to attending the class.

When we first joined it was great to have access to open gym every day. The classes were good but after a few classes, they felt very repetitive. Once we went up a level they got better but overall we felt there's not enough variety in the classes. The teachers are great though, very engaging with the babies/kids. The last few months of our membership were not great, difficult to book classes (no one picking up the phone or responding to emails), it just felt they were understaffed.

Dear all My daughter enjoys her time at Gymboree, following almost all the activities and having fun and interaction with other babies. Emily and Aaron are excellent professionals and always on the spot to play with her and trying to instruct her and help her follow the classes. However I would like to say that as a mother and a customer I am not satisfied to the fullest. I believe that when you are working with babies you should expect that they might not always follow your instructions. You can make an observation with a gentle way and if they still don’t follow it’s because they don’t have yet the capability of understanding. In such a case, I would expect to speak to the mother who should pass the required information to the baby. This is not happening always and by everyone. In addition, I have noticed that you have reduced the classes and open play days and hours, also a number of days per month are reduced due to weddings or parties but the membership cost remains the same which is not fair, making the classes less cost effective. I am trying to be totally honest to you by writing the above and I hope to see some changes for the best. Kind Regards Roumpa Angelica Charouk

Gymboree is amazing. My daughter is very young still (11 weeks) however every time she attends the class, she responds more and grows from a sensory perspective. The staff, Aaron and Emily are amazing. very courteous, flexible, respectful and organized. We are very happy with the Gymboree classes and highly recommend them!
