I've been visiting Gymboree in Milngavie with my daughter for over 2 years and we absolutely love it. The staff are excellent and have done everything they can over the last year to keep classes going in a safe and fun environment when many other activities were unavailable.

A great environment for babies and toddlers. The staff are friendly, well trained and clearly love what they do.

My toddler and I both really enjoy the classes, she loves the songs, bubbles and to climb and it's lovely to notice the improvement in her climbing, interaction with the songs and movements and sharing with other toddlers as the weeks have gone on. It's very reasonably priced and I like that you can do make up classes if you can't make your class one week and the flexible nature of the subscription rather than terms. The staff are all lovely and do a good job of keeping things sterile whilst turning that into part of the fun for the kids.

We have been attending Gymboree in Tunbridge Wells for around 4 months and it is a highlight of our week! Sophie and Cat are fantastic and my son adores them. The facilities are fantastic and my son's gross motor skills have really progressed through having a safe space to explore and practice movement. I'm shortly returning to work but we'll be carrying on our classes for the foreseeable future!

It was great to be at Gymboree especially when the open gym was fully open. The staff were friendly and professional. It was also great for networking with other mums. We made many good friends. I would recommend to anyone who has little ones.

Ellis and I love Gymboree, the classes are great- really engaging for Ellis (4 months) and a nice space for us to catch up with other mum’s and babies. I attended lots of classes with my older son and always felt I left without getting to know much about the mums/babies without making a huge effort. The team at Gymboree really facilitate a class community. It’s a part of our week we really look forward to and enjoy!

Hi Robyn, Thank you so much for leaving a review and for the adorable photo of your little one. Team Gymboree Play & Music put so much heart and soul into all the classes, we are thrilled you are enjoying them. Best Wishes, Gymboree Play & Music
My daughter had her third birthday party at Gymboree (St Albans branch) and had a fabulous time. We had about ten children ranging from 3-5 yr old and did a two hour party including a craft session. The team were fantastic, engaging with all the children. The session was well structured, well thought through and we had great feedback from all the parents. Would definitely recommend.

I have attended Gymboree with both of my children and they have absolutely loved it, as have my husband and I. It is so engaging, you get so many ideas of things to do at home and the songs become second nature at home too. Highly highly recommend it to any parent!

Hi, Please find below an email I sent to your West Hampstead branch following a trial session back in June after which I was extremely disappointed - unfortunately I was never offered a response so seeing as you have requested feedback I am sending you a copy of my email below. I think the least they could have done was to at least reply. Hi, Thank you for your email. Unfortunately whilst the class was great (as was the instructor), I felt very uncomfortable attending with my 5 year old son. We were advised over the phone that this shouldn’t be an issue and that my friend attending with her son would be able to oversee the two little ones whilst I stayed with my son, however on arrival the lady doing the check in (who also had quite a rude and abrupt manner anyway) was advising me that my 5 year old son had to stay in the “shoe section” by himself whilst I attend the class. I was a bit confused by this but once we got upstairs explained to the instructor who understood that leaving my 5 year old just sitting by himself was not a very pleasant situation- and allowed for me to stay with my son whilst my daughter attended the class under the supervision of my friend. However the lady from downstairs made a point to find me upstairs and quite rudely suggested that I had left my daughter unattended as she had expected. At this point I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome and was ready to leave with both my children. We stayed as she then decided she would allow it having explained that my daughter was being minded by my close friend attending with her son. Unfortunately, my daughter did then run into a metal basketball hoop at the end of the session. This hoop was at eye level in the soft play area (which in all honestly I’m not sure is a great location for a metal frame in an area for children of ranging heights running around - even “at arms length”) and rather than ask if she was ok, the male member of staff who was present in that area at the time was very quick to announce:“ this is why we ask every child to be at arms length of their carer” which I took as a direct criticism of me leaving my daughter with my friend. Now I take responsibility for me attending with two children and not being able to abide by the rules fully - but in that case I should have been told outright that my attendance wasn’t possible and I would have spared myself this level of interrogation and irritation. I left feeling quite upset and whilst my daughter had a great time I’m not sure I’ll be returning which is a shame - not solely because of the attitude of the two meme eta of staff but because it makes it very restrictive and exclusive of parents who may have another sibling during the school holidays. This is just my feedback. It’s purely to emphasise the difficulties some families have with arranging these appointments with more than one child. A little understanding or empathy rather than pointing the finger and shaming would have gone a long way. Kind regards Nazli Spencer Sent from my iPhone

Gymboree has been absolutely amazing for my little girl. We started attending when she was 5 months old and she has thrived in all the classes. The open gym sessions have been an added bonus enabling my child to socialise freely with varying age groups. It has built her self confidence and she feels at home here. The classes are superb and the team are absolutely outstanding.

Gymboree is an amazing fun and safe place for little ones to develop their strength and coordination to sit up, crawl, walk and climb. The staff are always friendly and the kids love them. It's great value for money and certainly something we look forward to each week!

Gymboree has been amazing for my little boys development, he has come on so much since we’ve started classes. The two girls who take the class are so friendly and kind and really make the effort to get to know each child. We love it!

It’s been a while since we visited. My son enjoyed it until about 15 months and not a whole lot had changed when I returned a few years later with my baby daughter. Most practitioners were full of energy and enthusiasm, and overall its a nice class for little babies starting out. My feedback would be to work to enhance lessons by developing new ideas and activities, whilst also expanding on resources. It’s very repetitive and expensive!
