I’ve spent 6 years attending Gymboree with my 2 children. My eldest was taken to lots of different classes but when my youngest came along I streamlined and chose just one class - Gymboree was the choice without a second thought. Without doubt Gymboree had the biggest impact on my eldest development compared to any other class/activity. I have loved the play classes and how they are tailored to the childs developmental stage. Gymboree is so flexible with making up missed classes, allowing the sibling to tag along when necessary and swapping lessons... there’s no other class like it. When Gymboree Bristol opened its cafe upstairs things went from amazing to unbeatable. The cafe has enabled me to make really good friends with some other mums in our class and has generally provided a sanctury - a place to go when you need to get out the house but have no plans - a place you can always find a friendly face, cup of tea and toys/books to entertain the little one. I’m dreading the day that my son ‘outgrows’ Gymboree as it has been a huge part of my ‘mummying career’ and I can’t quite imagine life without it!

Always clean and friendly. Everyone who works there is enthusiastic and helpful and does everything they can to keep the children happy. I like that the equipment is continually rearranged to keep it interesting.

Everyone there is friendly and approachable and makes you feel like they know you (or at least your child). The class I attend is sometimes a bit too full and starts later than intended occasionally which is why this is not a 5 star rating.

I have been going to Gymboree since my little one was 6 weeks old and we've been at the Chiswick location for about 8 months now. We were immediately welcomed by Emily and Louisa, who have created a family atmosphere. My daughter loves her classes and the open play sessions and I really think a lot of it is down to the care and devotion that pours out of Emily and Louisa. Louisa has one of the most beautiful voices and personalities and it shines through in the classes she teaches. Every day that we go there is a joy and it's really down to these wonderful ladies.

Louisa is exceptional! She is incredible with my little one and all the babies at gymboree. The manner in which she conducts her classes and interacts with babies and parents is very engaging. She has been key in shaping my babies early development and has helped him build his confidence and thrive. She is a very talented individual, with superb musical skills and a brilliant way of engaging and talking to babies. It is clear that she loves her job, she shows genuine care for the children. Her emotional IQ is high and so she engages with parents and babies based on individual needs and inclusive of everyone, whether it's a quiet and shy mother or a outspoken and chatty mother. I am eternally grateful to her for making us feel so at home and part of the gymboree community. I cannot recommend her classes enough!

The staff are what makes gymboree good but all the good staff have left or are leaving. I feel like gymboree needs to invest some money in to this branch as it looks a bit tired, there doesn't seem to be any marketing done either as none of my my friends even know that Gymboree exists! It could be a goldmine if run properly because baby classes are so popular in the area I live and the location of this branch is so good

I would highly recommend Chiswick Gymboree. The classes are such fun and it is a joy to see my son learning and developing new skills each week. Louisa is a fantastic teacher. She makes everybody feel very welcome and included in the sessions. Her friendly, encouraging approach has really helped my son to grow in confidence. The classes are really well structured with enjoyable songs and time is given for the children to explore the equipment. Gymboree is definitely the highlight of our week!

What a fantastic time everyone has at Gymboree Play and Music in Chiswick. It is simply fabulous. We’ve been coming to Gymboree since May 17 and honestly, we all have the best time. Our little one absolutely adores Louisa, Emily and Leigh. The activities are always fun and conducted with such energy and enthusiasm by the team. It’s engaging, personal and simply brilliant. I spent time off work looking after our daughter after my wife went back after mat leave, and weekly Gymbo and daily open play made such a huge difference - it gave me so much confidence as a new dad and felt like every day, Gymboree gave me more and more confidence. It’s addictive and very social centric. When I started my new contract, I was whistling Gymbo songs! Now, I make an effort to get back from work in time to take our daughter to her weekly session. It’s just such a happy place to be. You’ll be lucky to find a more dedicated and energetic team in similar activities locally. It’s also incredible value for money, and delivers so much more than meets the eye. Book up a trial session and give it a go. It’s just brilliant. Thank you Gymboree Play and Music Chiswick for such a fantastic session again yesterday. Absolutely awesome.

The teachers and facilities are great but there are never enough kids in the class to make this as buzzy and fun as it should be for toddlers. We used to go to another branch which was always full so it's a shame the classes here tend only to have 2-4 children in them regardless of the day or time.

My baby really enjoyed the classes, especially as he was able to walk he loved the soft play. I loved taking him to the Open Gym too. My only criticism was that the Open Play times were very limited - looking at the timetable there was a lot of time where there were no classes that could potentially be utilised by Open Gym. Additionally, by the time I returned to work in august 2017 the downstairs had been lost so there were a lot less classes to choose from and the Open Gym was hardly available at a time to suit a baby under 1. So I would probably have cancelled my membership as one of the big attractions was the Open Gym.
