“Good range of products, speedy delivery. It would be helpful to clarify on the website that the prices are displayed in the format £1.234 - and that this does NOT mean £1234. A small point, but it would have saved a phone call.”

You are correct, prices are displayed with 3 decimal places. We are still looking at ways that we can make this completely clear to our customers and we hope to get a sensible way to do so soon!

“As a result of poor packaging the magnets arrived broken. I was only offered a partial refund which is not satisfactory as I cannot replace the broken magnets for that. I have sent a number of emails which have been ignored. I have tried yo ise the online contact page but that doesn't work. I would like a full refund as I have now had to source magnets elsewhere.”

We did respond to you. You had 1 damaged out of a pack of 10 and received, therefore, a 1/10th refund. I'm sorry you're not happy but you still have 9 perfectly working magnets.
