“CAN ONLY SAY IT WAS EVERYTHING THE PRODUCT SAID IT WAS GOING TO BE . IF NOT BETTER THAN I EXPECTED . ALSO IT WAS DELIVERED ON TIME . WOULDN'T HESITATE TO BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER AGAIN .”

“The magnets came in a pack of 5, they are strong!!! we took one of of the small tower that they came in and it immediately flew back to the tower and shattered, not a problem as I only needed two anyway. So if you were considering these magnets (and I do urge you to) just be aware do have a bit of a kick... If I needed some more I would get these, and may I just say I am using them for paper craft.”

I'm really sorry to hear that delivery took longer than you expected. Your purchase was made at 10.30am and was picked, packed and ready for collection by the postie by 12.33 the same day. It was sent by Royal Mail 24 (another name for 1st class post). Once the package left us, it was in the hands of Royal Mail and, unfortunately, immediately after Christmas and New Year, there is always a backlog to be cleared. It sounds as though your package was caught up in this. Please accept our apologies, this aspect of the transaction was beyond our control.
