“I recently purchased some very small magnets and when the parcel arrived all that was in it was a liquorice button no magnets I did get in touch I don't think they believed me and unless the magnets are so small they cannot be seen with the naked eye they were not there, However the company did refund my money but I would have liked the magnets. Everything went smoothly. Thank you Yvonne”

“I use the little thin magnets for crafting...and I mean little and thin. I adore them and they are the sort of thing you think might get lost in the post right? but no, every single time I have ordered them, they arrive quickly and safely. And they are strong, strong enough to hold cardstock folded in different ways, that really just wants to ping out if it could!! but it doesn't budge even a bit. Thank you. (please note my delivery time was over 7 days but only due to scheduled closing of the shop that I knew about before I placed my order)”

“Ordered 10 and got 11 magnets as one was broken. Good and strong though so not really a prob. Prompt service but a bit creeped out by the liquorice sweet that was included 😂”

“I purchased 28qty 3mm dia x 3mm long magnets, min order value of £4.20 inc P&P gave me 28, to alter the hub/ignition on a 3w model aircraft engine. The help I received from the sales lady was excellent and enabled me to complete the project with 100% success. I cannot rate this company highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.”

I'm really sorry, we don't run Royal Mail and have no control over their service. There was a next working day delivery option provided at the point of checkout but you chose the free Royal Mail Tracked 48® service.
