Customer emailed on 24 February at 11:40am to advise of potential missing sack within Royal Mail. Emailed again today, 2 March at 09:28am to advise that the sack of post is still missing and that now Royal Mail's 10 days have elapsed, it is considered lost. Since we don't have stock of the item to replace, we further advised that we were issuing a full refund and cancelling the order.

“Customer service is unprofessional. When I asked what happened to the return of the products I sent, I received a reply from dyrector, that I had sent the return to the old address and that the company is able to recover parcels wrongly sent to the old address. It was over two weeks ago (and the return package was shipped over a month ago), there has been silence since then - no information, no refund. The old return address is still on the website. It turns out that as long as everything is fine with the order, the service works flawlessly - as soon as there are problems with returns - trouble begins. If the company does not want returns, it is enough to mark it on the website and not to mislead customers and then ignore them.”

The postal redirection ended last week and we have not received the package at the new address nor at the old address, which we still have access to. We cannot issue a refund for a return that we have not received. From the buyer's review, we assume that they didn't send it by a tracked postal method and, therefore, we presume the package is still somewhere within Royal Mail. Should it ever be delivered, we will, of course, issue an appropriate refund, however, without the return, we are unable to take any further action.

There was a technical issue with the website between 15 December 2021 and 12 January 2022 where not every customer received a copy invoice but everyone, as far as we can tell, did receive an order acknowledgement. This fault appears to have further affected dispatch notification emails. We apologise, this should all now be fixed.

“I have found these magnets very strong and extremely useful with my modelling hobby. It has proved possible to replace the attachment of very small brackets with magnets, making the temporary attachment of fittings very much easier. I have bought a large number of such magnets and will be ordering more when I have used up my present stock.”

“These are tough little cookies! Although they can be brittle if not handled with care, they are just great when making fridge magnets as they hold stuff to the fridge really well! These have been perfect for my projects and I can recommend them.”
