“Good communication beforehand and arrived on time. Photos taken as promised. Gutters were cleared and cleaned as was the fascia, however it would have been nice to have been warned that the windows would be filthy afterwards so that we could have booked a window cleaner. Not overly impressed with the fact that the debris from the gutters plus several litres of waste water were deposited in our council brown waste bin, which I had to clean out the next day.”

“Frank worked hard without a break and appeared to be doing a good job. I believe gutters were cleared effectively, but I have no evidence as I have not received the before and after photos, nor have I recieved the payment receipt. Disappointed that sofits not cleaned properly with gutter clean. Surprised to receive 7 minute notification message to say he was on his way well over an hour before he was due, when I was out!”

“The job was done efficiently but the waste produced from the process was put straight into my Brown garden refuse bin without asking me first what the best method of disposal would be. Due to the weather conditions there was a considerable amount of water in the mix meaning that I had to empty the bin out as I knew that the refuse collectors would not be happy about it (quite rightly). More communication would have been appreciated.”

“The service can be improved by using bubbles and detergent cleansing agents. The cleaner can take extra care and attention for more detail maintenance. Patience is essential at any sector of job. Everyone should put their extra passion to their job. Our glazed windows have running water marks which was not impressive. Room for improvement”

“Polite contractor got on with the job. I was under the impression photos would be shown before agreeing the job and after the clean up. He Showed a couple of pictures of the neighbours adjoining gutter after hovering, explained that we should have a gutter divider to avoid future dirt slide but we'd need to call someone else out to install it. He told me he needed a black bin liner to empty his hoover which luckily I had, then left it half filled in the garden along with other debris from the gutter all over the path which could have been hoovered up too. Instead, I needed to move things back and sweep up after him. I thought Gutterpro would pay attention to detail at that price.”

“Gutter was emptied and soffit cleaned but all the debris was left all over the patio and garden. Flower pots were knocked over some coping stones on the wall was pulled out by the hoses which meant I had 2 hours work to put right.”

“When I had the gutters cleared at my last property in Carshalton I was emailed photos of the before and after, but did not received any photos of the gutters at my new address in Redhill. When I made payment by credit card the guy manually put my card details in on his phone instead of scanning it. I did ask if the details would be deleted once payment had gone through, but got no response. Which made me feel uneasy, I shall be keeping a close eye on my credit account just in case.”
