“Pleasant young man arrived on time. Got on with the job promptly. Job took about two hours. Gutters were cleaned to a good standard. A few mark's left on the glass of the conservatory. I brought that to his attention and was told they've been there a long time, it's mould. Overall pretty good job.”

“3.5 star would be more accurate - I have still recommended 2 others to use him! The next day i got my ladders and had a look. Most had been emptied but bay window on ground floor had not been touched. I advised he skip the conservatory as i did that recently, so he saved time there. In fairness to Kenny, my gutters had not been done for 2-3 years whilst i was getting an extension done, so it was chocked, but there were still clumps left behind, meaning any new rain/flow would not be effective. With a camera this should have been seen. I went up and manually did it again. I took out half a 'large bucket' of muck, which i shouldn't have to do. If I use GPro EVERY year, then it will be much easier. I will therfore book Kenny each year from now on, and easily 5 stars then. The pictures were taken after the visit, next day.”
