“I thought the service was okay but to make it a 5 star service I wouldn’t expect to have my windows cleaned after and have splashes of dirty water over upvc cladding below”

“I was pleased with the cleaning of the eaves and gutter but it left my windows and window sills very dirty and I had to spend a lot of time getting the mucky splashes of them. Only for that I would given a 5* and a 10.”

“Main first floor gutters were done well,but was very unhappy to discover that the gutter at edge of the car port roof had not been done and was full of moss. I was disappointed to learn that from an observant neighbour.”

“The cleaning of the moss was great although they didn't take the rubbish with them. Cleaning the gutter was good it removed some paint from it but wasn't brushed up. When washing the gutters the water splashed up at the windows so they are covered in water marks. Probably won't use this company again”

“The gutters were cleaned well but only after I had detected some moss still present in one. It could be seen on the camera so I suggest a more careful study of the filmage. I was happy to agree to the cost on booking but as it took less than 1 hour and had to be re done the price was far too high for the time and skill required.”
