“There were no masks for the person even when entering the property. No social distance and I am in the extremly vulnerable group. He staited that in the end of one of the gutter was only leaves from the tree but he should remuvded but he didn't.”

“Turned up late and did not clean facia board to flat roofs and I had to do them myself even though I had paid for them to be cleaned! I will not be using you again.”

“Agreed with the person taking the booking that all gutters would be cleaned including ones over the top of the house. On the day the work was completed I was told that this was not possible yet i was still charged the full price.”

“Surveyed the property then came to clean gutters and facia He forgot it was a 3 storey house and said he might not be able to do top facia, when he said he had finished the job I pointed out that he had missed 2 of the lower facia boards (after he had packed up his van) so he cleaned these reluctantly, after all the facia boards had been cleaned all our windows where covered in dirty water marks from the equipment he used (a long pole and brush,) Would not recommend”

“The person who done the work at my property was not able to do the job to his own complete satisfaction and gave me some money back in retrospect. I did expect for my gutters to not only be emptied of waste, but also to be flushed cleaned.”

“Arrived 1 hour 20 minutes ahead of the appointment at an inconvenient time. I had arranged to just have the front gutters cleared and caught the operative climbing over the gate to gain access to the rear. Fortunately saw this and was able to communicate the arrangements. So it would seem that internal communication is an issue. I am however pleased with my clear gutters.”

“Turned out I didn't need gutter cleaned , my issue was a leaking gutter at a join.Although I was charged £20 for about 20 mins work as Chris stack ran some water through my down pipe and outside drain in the hope it may sort the problem it didn't .Chris said he would give me contact details of someone who repairs guttering but I'm still waiting for this number and have now had to call someone else out to try n fix the problem. So overall not impressed with customer satisfaction.”
