“Unhappy with the service. I booked these guys to clean my gutters which they did and charged 69 pounds for it , They recommended I replace the gutters as they are badly fitted which I agreed to and booked them to do the job. Guess what? Nobody turned up leaving us waiting for hours . Rang the person that I booked ( Carl) and he literally told me to get somebody else to do it as he has no staff and then he put the phone down and wouldn't answer my calls anymore. A day wasted waiting in, no time left to get the repairs as We are going abroad and our gutters are leaking and water gets in from main door. Update: The issue has been resolved as the managing director got in touch which was nice.”

“Rather clumsy operator. Broke the water tap fitting. Sprayed hard tap water on the windows leaving scale spotting. Broke his brush handle before he finished. promised to come back and did not.”
