“When previously had gutters cleaned shown pictures of before cleaned and after but not this time. Didn’t pay for conservatory roof as still as dirty as before cleaned. Where pre viously came up as new. Overall disappointed.”

“After Gutterpro visit there is still a problem with the guttering over my first-floor bedroom window, where, after heavy rain, the water flows down from the gutter as if there is a blockage. Martin took photos and tried to clear whatever the issue is - but the problem still exists. Access to the gutter is difficult as we have a veranda at the back of the house. I am not likely to stand outside in the rain and dark to take a photo of this for you, but it demonstrates that the Gutterpro service is not infallible and does not always work.”

“Slightly disappointed over recent visit. I have received no pictures either before or after and not even given the chance to view them at the time. Last time it was a really good service and everything was very clean unfortunately this is not quite the case this time. Been offered a re take of pictures now but that seems rather pointless if I cant see the before pictures. I have previously been very satisfied with the work carried out.”

“Looks great, took longer than I thought it would, however part of the rear roof edgings were not cleaned and all the windows are streaked and dirty. I appreciate that maybe this is unavoidable, however, if so maybe it could be mentioned at the start of the process so that cleaning arrangements could be made”

“Although guttering was cleaned I feel it was not to the pristine standard offered. Part of the guttering was missed from main bedroom window to neighbouring property. I do not blame the young lad that cleaned the guttering as he had only been with company 3 weeks. I feel someone should have come round and checked his work.”

“Disappointing and didn't really meet expectations from the web site description. No before and after photos, turned up an hour early and seemed unhappy we were not in. After the job had been done there was debris left in roof channels which should have been cleared. Would have called him back but my neighbour did the clearance before I got chance to call! All in all ok but not a great experience.”

“A neighbour recommended your company unfortunately it appears that the work undertaken perhaps wasn’t to the same standard as the chap that did their gutters, I had to call the guy who did mine back & perhaps could have been better result”

“Overall we were pleased with the clearing of the plants and debris from the gutters but the upstairs fascias and gutters were not cleaned properly by using the extendable brush it wasnt a thorough job. After so long without a proper clean i feel this could have been done more. My husband has since had to try cleaning them himself. I was expecting them to be cleaner.”
