“Their communication is very good - it was very easy to find out costs and make a booking. Confirmation of both was sent immediately. Angus came exactly when he said he would and on examination discovered my gutters did not need clearing. There was no charge or call-out fee. Angus was reassuring and helpful which should be the norm but unfortunately isn't.”
