“Great that Brian and Chris could come a day earlier than planned. Brian was very polite and friendly. I did not receive the photo before and after as stated. I was left with dirty water marks on my windows. After emailing regarding the marks, Brian reported he would come back and use pure water on them and I haven't heard anything yet. When looking up, in between the guttering and fascia is still dirty. Otherwise, from standing back the guttering and soffit and fascia look cleaner.”

“The service was not up to the standard we received in the past. When we requested the facias to be cleaned the expectation was all the facias would be washed off and not the ones adjacent to the guttering this was not made clear when placing the order. The impression given was a quick job and not a professional one. The operative was polite”

“Prompt service in that I filled in the online form on the website on a Saturday and was offered a slot for the following Tuesday. The gutters seem clear, although we need a downpour to test that. Last time I was shown before and after images, but not this time. Also couldn't do a wash because he couldn't get a tight enough fix of his hose pipe to our tap in the garage. Water running out of the back of the tap. I would have thought that this isn't a new thing and that he might have had a workaround.”

“Really happy to begin with …. However failed to tell us to cover outdoor furniture… or to tell us on leaving that all the outdoor furniture was covered in white stains everywhere … which took hours to clean off … longer than the gutter cleaning took 🤦🏻‍♀️”

“I am hoping gutters were cleaned well.. unfortunately without asking debris/water from gutters was deposited in my garden wheelie bin and because I am 93 it took two neighbours to lift and empty it. Next time suggest you empty your container in the river.”

“The technician was late and I didn’t get a text message until 10.10 (appt 9.30). He eventually arrived at 10.45 and discussed process. I had to leave at 11.10 and left him working. I still have not received before and after photos”

“I would have given very good as initially we were very happy with service but one of our gutters started leaking after the visit and there is no number to call back and discuss. The gutters were overflowing before the clean, which has been fixed now but on the other side there is a leak which is new. This a new build and gutters are about 2 years old, so find it difficult to believe this is coincidence.”

“I paid for the gutter clear and clean (hover and wash) - Whilst the gutter clear did remove some debris (mainly gravel etc), the cleaning of the gutter was not reflective of the price paid. I could still see a lot of dirt, and there were parts which were not looked at (side guttering), and I am going to have to go up and re-do the parts that have been missed, therefore I may as well have done that in the first place. Given the price and what I got as a service, I would likely suggest simply cleaning the gutter yourself if you can. Clearing the gutter of debris did seem worth it, however, my gutters were already pretty free and in good condition so not much was picked up.”
