“Good quick service. Although this was only the purchase of a battery for a Taylor guitar it has solved a major problem, i.e. that standard 9v batteries are fractionally too large for the Taylor holder and damage to the holder is caused when trying to replace. The battery supplied by Guitar Mania solves the problem as it fits the holder easily. Thanks for your help.”

“I ordered a popular entry-level ukulele from Guitar Mania. I was notified that it was going to take several weeks to get restocked and was provided with the option to cancel or upgrade. As I had been unsuccessful at two other online music stores and had to cancel the order I had placed I already had an inkling there were probably some import/supply issues. I took up the offer to upgrade to a superior instrument at no additional cost (Chris even played it down the phone so I could hear how it sounded!). As this was my second choice anyway I was very pleased to accept the substitution and it was shipped within a couple of hours. This level of customer service is a rare commodity these days. I am very impressed, and will not hesitate to return to Guitar Mania once I am ready to make a new purchase. Thank you. Great job!”

“Bought a PRS guitar from guitar mania. The price was very reasonable, description of the condition etc was accurate and the communication from Chris was excellent. They use APC couriers who so far are the best I've seen (I've had guitars sent and delivered using various other couriers, including UPS etc and APC are the best. Free delivery too! ) Guitar Mania rock!”

“Hi, everybody. I bought a wonderful Fender Telecaster NOS 67 from Guitar Mania. The guitar was sold as used, but it is to all effects NEW. I think it's a very special "piece".
