“Very impressed with the service, there was a small blemish on the Uke I was buying for my daughter, I was sent pictures and given or the option to cancel or have it at a discount. They could have just sent it and Hope I wouldn't notice. Also arrived promptly and well packaged. Thank you so much Sue M xxx”

“These guys :) I’ve been going to Guitar Mania for years, very welcoming, excellent customer service, always received top advise on guitar choice and set up. Nothing is to much trouble for these guys. I got a great cup of tea and a lovely PRS custom 24 last time I was in Guitar Mania, needless to say a very happy customer. I live in Cornwall now but still travel to Guitar Mania for my guitar gear 😁”

“Best service I have ever received in a guitar retailer ,Jon the senior guitar technician and manager patiently guided me through the important purchase of my new Taylor guitar and made sure it was set up exactly to suit my sensitive light fingerpicking style . I learnt more from Jon about guitars whilst purchasing this instrument than I had acquired after 40 plus years of playing ! 5 stars for Guitar Mania”
