“I Ordered a spare speaker for my Marshall 1936V cab that my german dealer unfortunately wasn't able to order. Guitar Mania rescued my gig on Saturday. Rock on guys. Thanks a lot!!!”

“I received 2 9v batteries for a Taylor Guitar on 25 April 2016 and kept them in the supplied envelope until 1 june 2016 when I first tried them in my guitar. Both batteries lasted a couple of minutes. The guitar is serviceable and a Taylor factory supplied 9v works fine in the guitar. I phoned guitarmania and asked for 2 replacement batteries but it was suggested by Guitarmania that the fault lay with my guitar and not the batteries. Furthermore I was told that it was too long a delay between delivery and use for the Company to provide me with replacements free of charge. I was very disappointed with this response.”

“Excellent service. I ordered a Taylor guitar stool one afternoon and it was delivered the following day. It is also worth noting that Guitar Mania actually had the stool in stock whereas at least one other supplier who advertised the stool didn't.”
