I have emailed twice about a shirt I bought, only to see it go on sale 2 days alter and when asked about it, I didnt get any replies back.
Pitiful service and communication for a company that sells shirts for over $100.

“The shirts are great.
However, I was less enthusiastic about the extra tax for shipping to the Netherlands.
Brexit makes me pay almost 40 euros extra in tax for a shirt of about 99 euros.
I would recommend Guide London to be clear and transparent about extra costs (and estimate them!) and this practice.
The price/quality ratio gets bad this way.”
“Sadly they let me down. I enquired about the jumper being delivered in a plain box so my husband wouldn’t know what it was when delivered. They sent in plain box but taped up with their branded masking tape !!!”
