“The All white on the night shirt was too formal and also too big although the Large size in other Guide shirts bought before have all fitted well. Also it was very expensive to return this shirt using the recommended method the company suggests. Free returns would ensure I woild order online again, but I wont now because I realise now that the sizing may mot always be the same and its too costly to return goods.”

“Love Guide London except for one major flaw. They go out of stock quickly on many items which I find frustrating. These shirts are not cheap so you'd think Guide would invest in customers by having appropriate levels of stock. This is made worse by stock being advertised only then to see they do not have your size. So, I do check in to Guide from time to time and, if I'm lucky (and it shouldn't come down to luck!) they have a shirt I like in my size otherwise, sadly, I have had to resort to other suppliers that care more for customers in terms of having appropriate levels of stock and availability.”
“I made a shortlist of two long sleeve shirts from the illustrations on your website without looking at prices. Winner was the tie-die floral. Of course it was the most expensive at £105. Irresistible so I bought it. Runner-up was Plain in blue, a fitting contrast to the floral. It has several discrete features which appealed strongly so I bought it. Never had a bright floral shirt. Wore it immediately for my 87th birthday.”
