“I am not sure at this moment that I can give anything more than 1 star as my order has still not arrived. Thanks to the disgusting lack of service from DPD. My order was placed on December 10th, and since then DPS has changed the delivery 4 times. Each time with some lame excuse about being unable to deliver when I have had deliveries from FedEx, UPS and even then Royal Mail. It is supposed to be delivered today but I do not hold out much hope”
“My husband already has two Guide London shirts (bought a few years back) that fit him perfectly.
So, I bought another in the size but the sleeves are longer!
The shirt is very nice but we'll have to go to a tailor to shorten the sleeves by an inch.
The same with the blazer but the blazer itself is a beautiful slimming cut and can be worn on all occasions.”
“Bought the wrong size, and had to return it to Guide quickly for a larger size as I was going on holiday, sent the wrong items back on Monday and received the replacement item on Thursday, great, well done.”
“A really lovely and distinctive shirt, good quality. Delivery/despatch was quick and efficient.
There was a slight blip in final delivery, delay of a few hours and diversion to a pick up location but no fault of the suppliers.
An expensive purchase for me but overall worth it to have something special in my wardrobe.”

“I've now purchased 2 mens shirts from Guide. The material used is very good quality and the garment construction is also sound. The sizes are for men who are not stick thin and who don't like their shirts skin tight.
I had a problem with the delivery of one purchase which had nothing to do with Guide. Despite Guide not being at fault, they took effective steps to ensure I received the shirt despite DPDs poor service.”
