“The service was excellent. When I had a delivery issue Guide rang me within 10 minutes of sending an email.
Sadly the clothes didn’t fit so had to return. My full refund arrived in my account within days of returning the package.
The only negative was having to pay £15 to return by recorded delivery but I was aware there would be a cost.
Overall I would be happy to use again.”
“2 pairs of trousers ordered both the same size but there was a 4 inch difference in them. As I already had the trousers in other colours I knew the correct size and one pair was perfect.
Got in touch with guide returns and they were polite and easy to deal with, just sent the incorrectly labelled pair back today.”
