“Guardian are an invaluable support to us. Guardian always provide an exemplary service and support in relation to HR, employment law, health and safety. Guardian not only support us but enable and train our team to manage situations effectively and safety. Our consultant (Brendan) is extremely knowledgeable in their field and is always able to support us in any given situation. They are approachable, friendly and always communicate with our team, with respect and understanding. They always make us feel comfortable and reassured in any situation, complex, simple or otherwise. As are other consultants we have had had the pleasure of working with from Guardian support. Guardian are always available, long or short notice to assist us with our HR, Employment Law, health and safety needs. We have had so many positive outcomes within our company due to Guardian supports involvement and will be happily recommending them and continuing to use their services in the future.”

Thank you for your review and we are sorry that you are unhappy as you have been a customer for some 6 years and we are proud that you have contributed to our continuing high customer retention rate of 94%. Having looked at your specific circumstance it is noted that you wish to cancel your services part way through and existing 3-year contract, and we are sorry to hear this especially as you had rated our services as 10/10 stating you would highly recommend our services on your last client feedback proforma. As a business, we are very open and transparent with regards to our auto-renewal clauses and are very clear regarding cancellation notification, as these are specifically highlighted in the service agreement signed when commencing with our services. In addition, your account has been renewed in this manner on 2 occasions without concern. As you are aware we do offer one-year agreements, as well as multiple years and you, chose to undertake a 3-year agreement in order to receive the generous discounts that we offer for multiple year deals with us. Unfortunately, due to you missing the cancellation deadline last year your agreement was renewed as it had done on previous occasions, and you continued to receive support under these terms. Whilst we do have the right to hold you to the full term of the contract and costs associated with this, we have tried to work in a fair and open manner as we believe that we operate to a high ethical standard on such matters. I am sorry to hear that you refer to our offer as the “hefty” sums as the fair solution that we have offered only makes up 17% of your full contract value, therefore we believe we are being fair and reasonable in the circumstances. We note that you are currently liaising with our Operations Director with a view to resolving matters and we hope that you continue with that dialogue.

“Linda Marsh was exceptionally knowledgeable and supportive throughout the various communications we had (as were the other members of Guardian that I dealt with). My query was very complex and a minefield to navigate but Linda made me feel reassured, supported and confident in the best way to deal with the situation. I don’t know what I would have done without her, to be completely honest! She was personable, funny, relatable and is a true credit to the organisation! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Linda or Guardian and I know I’ll be relying on her many times in the future. Thank you Linda.”

“The business I work for started using Guardian a few months ago now for HR & H&S Support. The consultant I deal with directly for HR is Harj and I can honestly say she is most supportive and thorough when guiding me through HR matters no matter how big or small. Harj always works quickly and efficiently with us to deliver solutions and the quality of the advice from Harj is second to none.
