“Top of class customer service, I placed a small order (less than £50), I emailed 2 questions to ensure my technical requirements were correct, for such a small order I wondered if I would receive a response. A prompt reply was received. And the mouldings were received next day. I was very satisfied,”

“Dowels appear great prompt dispatch and delivery, however £25 delivery to the Isle of Wight seems excessive as standardly with most companies it's charged at the same price as mainland UK. Maybe an alternative delivery company maybe required.”

“It's only a lump of metal but... Actually it's a very important piece of metal that allowed me to make use of an inherited Robert Sorby eccentric chuck which otherwise I could not have used. The price from G&S was the best I've found and the service is brilliant - so will definitely use this company again”
