“We received our order in 8days which was alot quicker then we expected. We had a few piece that were a little splintered. We contacted them and they responded promptly and arranged for new ones to be sent out. Despite a few pieces being a little splintered we would recommend this place to everyone, they sent out our replacements quickly and hassle free, that's why we still gave them a 5* review as their service is great and the quality of the wood is beautiful. Will definitely be using again in the future! Thank you again x”

“I needed lots of dowel for a large event we are building a stand for. I required more than was available on the website! The very helpful team told me over the phone how to place my order and that as they make the dowel they can fulfil my order within 8-10 days.
