“Placed an order for some ash dowelling to renew a shovel handle. The delivery came 3 days after placing the order, more importantly, due to the various sizes, there was little or no waste. The quality is great and the prices superb. Great company, great service. I will definitely be using G&S again.”

“Very good website. Bought 72mm square spindle blanks of length approx 900mm and they arrived promptly and in good condition. I am a retired gent who is now a woodturning hobbyist and I find this company to be good on price. Wood is great quality and I recommend this supplier”

“The ash arrived very shortly after ordering. It was rough sawn and when planed was excellent. Pity I do not live closer as carriage makes this quite expensive, but if the customer is willing to pay I am happy to use this service. I would certainly recommend G&S for quality timber and service.”
